Gandhinagar, Gujarat – The Gujarat Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 has opened a golden opportunity for thousands of women across the state. The Women and Child Development Department (WCD) of Gujarat has officially announced 9,895 honorary positions under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme, inviting applications for Anganwadi Worker, Mini Anganwadi Worker, and Anganwadi Tedagar posts. Eligibility Criteria

For the Gujarat Anganwadi Recruitment 2025, the eligibility criteria vary depending on the post applied for:

1. Anganwadi Worker

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
  • Age Limit: 18–33 years
  • Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,000

2. Mini Anganwadi Worker

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC)
  • Age Limit: 18–33 years
  • Monthly Honorarium: ₹10,000

3. Anganwadi Tedagar (Helper)

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass (SSC)
  • Age Limit: Up to 43 years
  • Monthly Honorarium: ₹5,500

Applicants must be local female residents of the ward where the Anganwadi centre is located. A valid residence certificate issued by the Mamlatdar’s office is mandatory.

Application Process for Gujarat Anganwadi Recruitment 2025

Interested candidates can apply online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official e-HRMS portal: e-hrms.gujarat.gov.in

2. Register on the portal with accurate personal details.

3. Select the district and ward for which you want to apply.

4. Fill out the application form in English.

5. Upload necessary documents:

  • Educational certificates (10th or 12th marksheets)
  • Residence certificate from Mamlatdar’s office
  • Recent passport sized photograph
  • Scanned signature

6. Submit the form before the deadline (August 30, 2025, midnight).

7. Save/print the confirmation for future reference.

Selection Procedure

The Gujarat Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 process will be entirely merit-based. There will be no written examination or personal interview.
