
Pawan Kalyan’s latest outing, They Call Him OG, continues its impressive run at the box office. Directed by Sujeeth and bankrolled by DVV Danayya under DVV Entertainment, the gangster drama is on track to become Powerstar’s first ever Rs. 300 crore grosser. Pawan Kalyan plays the lead role of a gangster, while Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi essays the antagonist.
To celebrate the film’s success, the makers have scheduled a grand success meet tomorrow in Hyderabad at 6 PM. Although the exact venue is yet to be revealed, this post release promotional event is expected to attract large crowds and give the film an extra boost at the ticket windows during the festive weekend. Pawan Kalyan, along with the entire They Call Him OG team, will attend the event.
The film also features Priyanka Mohan as the female lead, with Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhaleka Sudhakar, Sudhev Nair, and Harish Uthaman in supporting roles. DVV Danayya’s massive production has clearly paid off, with the film enjoying a strong box office presence despite mixed reviews.
According to Sacnilk, They Call Him OG collected around ₹6.7 crore on Day 6, bringing the total for the week to ₹154 crore. The film had grossed over ₹250 crore worldwide during its opening weekend. The consistent performance highlights the strong fanbase of Pawan Kalyan and the growing appeal of Telugu gangster dramas in domestic and overseas markets.

Thaman-composed track “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang”, featuring Priyanka Arul Mohan, will be included in evening screenings of They Call Him OG starting September 30, 2025.
