New Delhi, June 2025 — In a groundbreaking development for the future of artificial intelligence in India, OpenAI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the IndiaAI Mission, under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), to establish the OpenAI Academy in India. This collaborative initiative is poised to play a transformative role in advancing AI education, research, and innovation across the country.
